Business Representation
Business representation includes counseling and advice on whether to operate
as a proprietorship or to incorporate, use an LLC, limited partnership or
other business entity; advice regarding purchases and sales of business opportunities;
and advice on business transactions including, for example, leases, licensing
agreements, supplier agreements and employment contracts.
We do not do securities work, represent publicly held clients or prepare private
placement memoranda or similar documents. Business work in specialty areas
such as labor and intellectual property is usually referred to firms that
specialize in such matters. See “Referral Policy” for more details.
